Best Companies Group conducts a simple yet thorough company assessment designed to gather detailed information about your workplace. Employers will complete an in-depth questionnaire and employees will have the opportunity to offer their honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. Both portions of the assessment must be complete in order to be considered for the “best” list.

Once both portions of the assessment are complete, we’ll analyze the data to determine if your organization has what it takes to be the “best.” From there, we’ll use the data to rank each participating organization and compile your Employee Feedback Report, which is available for purchase. That report will include responses from your employee surveys as well as benchmarking reports, allowing you to compare your organization to the current list-makers.



Now that you’ve made it through the survey process, relax! We will be working behind the scenes to sort the data, determine the rankings and produce your company’s Employee Feedback Report, which is available for purchase. 


How many of your employees will be surveyed depends on the size of your organization. Please see the chart below to determine the survey selection, as well as the fees regarding organization size and survey method.

Best Companies Group offers the option to survey more employees than the random sample calculated in the above chart, and/or include additional employees in the survey process who work in locations outside of the program area. 1) Should you need the employee survey translated into another language, there is a $215 cost per language.
2) We can survey more employees than the random sample listed above! $1.50 (online) or $2.75 (paper) per extra survey sent.
3) You have the option to customize the roles and departments on the employee survey, starting at $825.

6) Registered organizations cancelling participation after May 31, 2019 will be assessed an additional $250 withdrawal fee.

  • The Employee Demographic Report
  • The Employee Comments Report
  • The Employee Benchmark Report (sent after the "Best Places to Work in Insurance" rankings are announced)
  • The Employer Benchmark Summary (sent after the "Best Places to Work in Insurance" rankings are announced)
  • A 30 minute consultation call with our Survey Specialist
